Wholesale Discount Policy:
We are proud to offer resellers who use a valid Resale License a volume discount for quantity purchases. Orders over $500 will receive a discount of 15%. Orders over $1,000 will receive a 20% discount. Simply type in your Resale License in the Login Page, and the appropriate discount will automatically be applied to your order. Our staff will verify your Resale License and discount before shipping. Please note: only clients using a Resale License will be eligible for discounts.

Payments:
Jessejamestrading.com accepts Visa and Master Card. Although we stress the safety and security of our site, if you prefer not to enter your credit card number on-line, you may call in your information to our showroom to be run manually by our capable staff. In that event, you will need to supply us with your credit card number, expiration date, billing address, and 3-digit code on the back of the card. We will ship to the billing address of the credit card only.
Shipping:
We will make every attempt to process your order and ship in a timely fashion—usually within 1 to 3 business days. However, if we are temporarily out of stock on any of the designs ordered, we will notify you promptly as to the anticipated shipping time of those items. At that time, you can decide whether you prefer a partial shipment or to wait until all items are available to ship together. For partial shipments, separate shipping charges will apply.
Domestic orders will by shipped by UPS. We offer flat rate shipping for the 48 contiguous United States. At time of shipping, we will provide you with a UPS tracking number.

For orders shipped to Alaska or Hawaii, and all international orders, we will contact you via email with the shipping charges. We will advise you of these shipping charges before we charge your credit card.
Return Policy:
If for any reason your purchase does not meet or exceed your expectations, we will happily allow you to return it for a full refund of the merchandise cost (no refund on shipping charges). Returns must be made within 10 business days, and you must first call or email for return authorization. When shipping returns, we urge you to insure the package, since we can not be responsible for returns that are damaged or lost en route. Please, no returns after 10 days, and no returns of worn or damaged jewelry.
Sales Tax Policy:
California residents will be charged sales tax of 8.5%. Resellers who register a valid California Resale License with us are exempt from paying California sales tax. All customers outside of California will not be charged sales tax.

We recognize and respect the importance of maintaining your privacy. All information we collect from you is aimed at improving your shopping experience. We will not trade or sell your information.
